We are currently seeking a International Sales / Business Development (IT Industry). This is a Full-Time position that is responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
Responsibilities:
Focus on developing new accounts and expanding customer base internationally. Ex: targeting IT resellers, distributors and commercial customers (Business to Business).
Handling incoming sales calls, following up with leads, providing quotes and helping clients with technical applications and configurations.
Understand and communicate solutions provided by our products, influence customer's purchasing decisions and position products relative to the competition.
Establish effective relationships with and educate current international distributors.
Taking rejections and turning them into sales.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, providing detailed system design and in-depth product feature discussions.
Approximately 20% travel, including internationally.
Qualifications:
3-5 years international sales experience in a technical environment, including EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Must be able to work non-standard business hours - 2AM to 11AM EST, with 75% in-office and 25% remotely.
Familiarity with working with international clients through instant messaging, telephone and email.
Proven ability to analyze, problem solve and make difficult decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, closing, troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to travel internationally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
