We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator. This is a Full-Time position that is responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
Responsibilities:
Provide high level administrative support to the company president.
Make all company travel arrangements and handle all related tracking and reports.
Maintain accurate departmental procedure manuals.
Relay executive orders to staff.
Prepare various professional quality reports, presentations, correspondence, and/or other documents.
Handle all matters relating to business insurance, work with the city of Aurora and other complex projects, completing them by deadline without reminders.
Assist in the overall administrative functions of the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree is a must.
5+ years solid administrative experience.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create tables, queries & reports in Access.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Excel.
Must be able to type quickly and accurately.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
Salary $38K+.
