Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter
NTI is looking for a qualified individual to join our
team and work closely with our existing Human Resources Generalist.
Primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment of all candidates,
locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will have experience
in and will be responsible for recruiting, benefits administration,
employee relations, workers compensation and unemployment claims.
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of recruiting and human resources experience.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Excel.
- Ability to travel internationally is a must.
- Bachelors Degree.
