We are currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator. This is a Full-Time position that is responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
Responsibilities:
  • Data entry duties including order processing, generating packing lists, invoices & shipping documents.
  • Processing credit cards.
  • Answering phones, customer service, and sales support.
  • Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience with order entry/shipping procedures. Working knowledge of UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and other various shipping carriers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Experience using databases.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and familiarity with general office equipment.
