  • Any unused video ports on the CL-TV must be terminated with VGA-TERM.
On Screen Display Features
    Main Menu
  • The main menu displays the six menu options from which the teacher can choose.
  • Each menu has a HELP option for information on how to control the cursor and select options.
    Inhibit Menu
  • The inhibit menu allows the teacher to disable the keyboard and mouse for any or all of the students. Students can continue to see incoming video.
    Broadcast Menu
  • The broadcast menu allows the teacher to select a video source to be displayed on any or all of the students' monitors.
    Blank Menu
  • The blank menu allows the teacher to blank the video signal for any or all students' monitors.
    Scan Menu
  • The scan menu allows the teacher to view the video on any or all of the students' computers in sequential order for a specified duration of time.
    Name Entry
  • Prompts the teacher to enter names for each of 32 attached computers.
  • Names can be up to 10 characters long and can mix letters and numbers.
    Setup
  • Scan interval time can be set. Time can be from one second to five minutes.

Materials needed for typical configuration of one Teacher and eight Students classroom system.
Configuration assumes that there are two daisy-chained cascades of four students each off of the Teacher Controlled Switch (CL-TV).
