A null LF character (00hex) with the CR would be generated, which caused problems controlling the Cisco switch properly. Added option for line feed suppression for telnet clients when connected to serial ports. Default setting is suppression enabled. 1.13 2009/6/22 Added support for Command Line Interface (CLI) to control SERIMUX-CS configuration-usable only when Ethernet option is present. Added configuration for “Port Authentication type” for security option with port connections direct via Telnet. Added support for remote reboot to enable the user to reboot the SERIMUX from a remote location via a network. 1.11 2008/1/18 Added support for SERIMUX-CS-4 (4 port model). SERIMUX-CS-4 requires special download file instead of standard download file. Default username and password will now be lowercase characters instead of uppercase. Usernames: “ROOT” is now “root” and “ADMINISTRATOR” is now “administrator”. Password: “NTI” is now “nti”. Web interface menus are now easier to navigate. Fixed the lack of a port disconnect being displayed on the web interface when the user is disconnected from the keypad. Fixed the “serial-user-disconnected” report when the user is disconnected using the web interface. Note: When updating from 1.5 to 1.11, the user name will change from “ROOT” to “root” and “ADMINISTRATOR” to “administrator”, but the password will not be changed as this is set by the user. Whatever the password was before the update, it will continue to be after the update. 1.5 2007/8/29 Initial Release
