ST-C5V-300: Remote or Local Unit power LED does not illuminate.

Issue: Remote or Local Unit power LED does not illuminate.

Cause: Power supply is not connected or plugged-in.

Solution: Make sure outlet is live and AC adapter is plugged-in (one for each Remote and Local Unit). Ensure that the 9V DC jack is fully connected.
