ST-C5VA-300: No audio for models with audio support.

Issue: No audio for models with audio support.

Cause: Audio cable is not properly plugged-in.

Solution: Check all cable connections.

OR

Cause: Speakers are not plugged in.

Solution: Verify speakers are connected and powered.

OR

Cause: CATx cable is not properly connected.

Solution: Check CATx cable connections.
