ST-C5USBV300: PC boots with no error messages, but the keyboard does not work.

Issue: PC boots with no error messages, but the keyboard does not work.

Cause: Keyboard cable is loose.

Solution: Reseat keyboard cable and check again.

OR

Cause: Keyboard in use is not compatible.

Solution: Ensure keyboard is directly connected, not through a PS/2 to USB adapter.
