ST-C5USBV-300: Mouse cursor appears on the screen, but the mouse does not work.

ST-C5USBV-300: Mouse cursor appears on the screen, but the mouse does not work.

Issue: Mouse cursor appears on the screen, but the mouse does not work.

Cause: Mouse cable is loose or disconnected.

Solution: Check for quality cable connections to mouse at Remote Unit end.

OR

Cause: Mouse is not compatible.

Solution: Make sure mouse is USB type.

OR

Cause: Remote connections did not initialized.

Solution: Power down the Remote Unit, then power it up again.
