ST-C6DVI-IR-300: No video on monitor.

Issue: No video on monitor.

Cause: One or more video cables is loose or disconnected.

Solution: Check all video cable connections.

OR

Cause: No power to Remote Unit.

Solution: Make sure yellow LEDs are illuminated for local and remote by checking the following:

• Outlet is live and AC adapter is plugged-in.

• 9V DC jack is fully connected.

OR

Cause: CATx cable is not connected.

Solution: Ensure all cables are properly and completely snapped-in. Power cycle the video/audio source. Ensure “Traffic” LED on local and remote units are illuminated.

OR

Cause: CATx or DVI cable is too long

Solution: Switch to shorter cable or lower resolution (refer to chart below).
