ST-C6USBH-300: Video image is noisy.

Issue: Video image is noisy.

Cause: All video cables are not firmly seated.

Solution: Check all connections. Ensure all cables are fully seated.

OR

Cause: The CATx cable is not properly connected.

Solution: Check cable connections. Ensure cables are properly and completely snapped-in.

OR

Cause: CATx cable is poor quality for the length of cable used.

Solution: Install a higher quality CATx cable.

OR

Cause: CATx cable is installed near noisy equipment.

Solution: Relocate run of CATx cable away from other electrical equipment.

OR

Cause: CATx or HDMI/DVI cable is too long.

Solution: Switch to shorter cable or lower resolution (refer to chart below).
