USB-C5-200: CPU does not detect the keyboard and the mouse.

Issue: CPU does not detect the keyboard and the mouse.

Cause: Keyboard cable or mouse cable is loose.

Solution: Check cable connections.

OR

Cause: CATx cable is too long.

Solution: CATx cable can be no more than 200 feet in length.
