SERIMUX-CS-x: SERIMUX unit is not working properly.

Issue: SERIMUX unit is not working properly.

Cause: Poor connections.

Solution: Verify that all cables are securely connected.

OR

Cause: Port not configured correctly.

Solution: Verify that the port configuration matches that of the device connected.

OR

Cause: Ports not initialized.

Solution: Power-up the CPUs first, then the SERIMUX unit.
