E-5D: Unable to Configure Frequency Sensor for E-ACLM-V/P

Issue: Unable to configure frequency sensor for E-ACLM-V/P

Cause: E-5D firmware has not been updated to version 2.29 or later.

Solution: Update the firmware by downloading the latest version from http://www.networktechinc.com/download/d-environment-monitor-16.html and uploading via the Web Interface > Administration > Firmware.

OR

Cause: E-ACLM-V/P has not been deleted and re-added to the ENVIROMUX after completing the firmware update to version 2.29 or later.

Solution: Delete the E-ACLM-V/P from the ENVIROMUX Summary page. Within 30 seconds, the ENVIROMUX will re-sense the E-ACLM-V/P. All applicable sensors on the E-ACLM-V/P, including the Frequency sensor, will now be listed in the Summary page and will be available for configuration.
