E-5D: Is Additional Grounding Needed for the Digital Input/Output Expander?

The E-5D is grounded through the Earth ground of the IEC Power Cable. As long as the attached E-DI16DO16 or E-DI16DOR16 is correctly connected to the ground terminals of each input or output, no additional grounding is needed.
