VOPEX-C5V-x: No video on monitor/display

Issue: No video on monitor/display.

Cause: One or more video cables is loose or disconnected.

Solution: Check all video cable connections.

OR

Cause: No power to the VOPEX or the XTENDEX receiver.

Solution: Make sure power LEDs are illuminates for both local and remote units. If not, Ensure that each outlet is live and that the AC adapters are plugged-in (one for each remote unit and one for the VOPEX). Make sure the DC plugs are fully connected and power switches are in “ON” position.

OR

Cause: Video cable was not attached when CPU was booted.

Solution: With all the cables properly connected, reboot the CPU.

OR

Cause: CAT5 cable is not connected.

Solution: Check cable connections. Ensure they are properly and completely snapped-in, then reboot the CPU.
