VOPEX-C5HDA-x: Video picture is not sharp or is smeared.

Issue: Video picture is not sharp or is smeared.

Cause: All video cables are not firmly seated.

Solution: Check all connections. Ensure all cables are fully seated.

OR

Cause: CAT5 cable is too long.

Solution: Verify length is within specified limits of 600 feet.

OR

Cause: CAT5 cable is not properly connected.

Solution: Check cable connections. Ensure they are properly and completely snapped-in.

OR

Cause: A cabling change has been made while the system was powered.

Solution: Press the “Video Adjust” button to force the system to automatically re-adjust the video quality.

OR

Cause: A new receiver was connected while the system was powered.

Solution: Press the “Video Adjust” button to force the system to automatically re-adjust the video quality.
