RACKMUX-V15/17: Front panel USB port is not working

Issue: Front panel USB port is not working.

Cause: USB cable is not properly connected.

Solution: Check USB cable connection between the RACKMUX and the computer. Ensure it is connected to a working USB port at the CPU.
