RACKMUX-V15/17-N: “T” key is not working

Issue: The “T” key on the rackmount KVM drawer is not working.

Cause: When the "Fn" (function) key is pressed at the same time as any other key, the function locks and the “T” key no longer works.

Solution: Press the "Fn" key without pressing any other keys to unlock the function and fix the issue.

NOTE: If you have a KVM drawer without an integrated switch, you can see if a function is locked on the LED display of the keyboard. If you have a KVM drawer with an integrated switch, the LED display is not available.
