SPLITMUX-HD-4RT: How to Control 10 Preset Layouts with RS232 Command Protocol

Preset custom layouts on the SPLITMUX-HD-4RT can be controlled using RS232 Commands. To load a preset custom layout, use the LA command. Include in the command the serial address of the SPLITMUX-HD-4RT unit you want to load the layout on to. Then include the preset custom layout you want to load. For example, “LA 01, 02” would load layout two on to the unit with the serial address of 01.

The unit must be in Custom Mode for preset layouts to be displayed. Custom Mode can be set before or after the layout command using the CM command. Include the serial address of the unit, the mode setting desired, and the output.
