E-SEMS-16: Unable to update firmware, progress bar hangs.

E-SEMS-16: Unable to update firmware, progress bar hangs.

Issue: Unable to update firmware, progress bar hangs.

Cause: User is not logged in as root.

Solution: Log into unit as root user. Default password is "admin". If root's password is changed and forgotten, retrieve the password by following the steps in this document.
