ST-C5KVM-600: No video on monitor.
Issue: No video on monitor.
Cause: One or more video cables is loose or disconnected.
Solution: Check all video cable connections.
OR
Cause: No power to Remote or Local Units.
Solution: Make sure yellow LEDs are illuminated for local and remote by checking the following:
Outlet is live and AC adapter is plugged-in.
9V DC jack is fully connected.
Keyboard is properly connected (only for local units supporting two remote users).
OR
Cause: Video Cable was not attached when CPU was booted.
Solution: With all the cables properly connected, reboot the CPU.
OR
Cause: CATx cable was not connected.
Solution: Check cable connections. Ensure cables are properly and completely snapped-in, then reboot the CPU.
