ST-C5V-600: Video Picture is not sharp or is smeared.

Issue: Video Picture is not sharp or is smeared.

Cause: CATx cable is too long.

Solution: Verify length is within specified limits of 600 feet.

OR

Cause: Video not adjusted.

Solution: Check cable connections and power cycle. If model has manual quality adjustment buttons on the remote unit, press the “+” button if the image is not crisp and clear enough; press the “-” button if the image has been overcorrected (such that horizontal lines appear to trail or shadow at the end of an open window). Either button can be pressed and held to induce gradual and continuous change.
