Issue:
VEEMUX Video Matrix Switches: Low resolution displaying on my DDC Monitors.

Cause:
VEEMUX Video Matrix Switches do not support Display Data Channel (DDC). Connected computers unable to read DDC information will sometimes default to the lowest resolution display setting. The computer will continue to display the desktop resolution at the larger chosen setting, activating windows virtual desktop.

Windows virtual desktop will either display a small portion of the desktop as a full screen, or a small area in the middle of the screen. This requires movement of the cursor to the edge of the viewable area to see more of the desktop in the chosen direction.
