E-16D: Device Discovery Tool will not work

Issue: Device Discovery Tool will not work.

Cause: Java not installed.

Solution: Download and install Java.

• Go to http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

• Download and install Java Runtime Environment.

• Clear the browser's Java Cache.

OR

Cause: Computer running Discovery Tool and ENVIROMUX are not in the same subnet.

Solution: Ensure computer and ENVIROMUX are in the same subnet.

• Log into unit via USB console.

• Configure “Network Settings” to ensure that both computer and unit are in the same subnet.
