E-16D: Receive false alerts from the internal humidity sensor

Issue: Receive false alerts from the internal humidity sensor every 8 hours to 2 weeks. The alarm email is followed by returned to normal email.

Cause: The Sample Period and Alert Delay settings are set too short in the sensor configuration.

Solution: Set the Sample period to 10 seconds and the Alert Delay to 30 seconds for the humidity sensor.
