E-2D: ENVIROMUX will not recognize sensor

Issue: ENVIROMUX will not recognize sensor.

Cause: Previously used sensor port was not cleared from memory upon removal.

Solution: Remove previous sensor data.

• Via the web interface, click on “???” in the summary page.

• Select “Configure,” then “Remove” at the bottom of the Configure page to remove and clear the port.

• If this does not work, call customer support (broken unit/sensor).
