    2. Why can't I get a particular PC working through my NTI switch?
Does your PC have "AT" connections?
If your PC has "AT" connections:
Do you have a V-IM9-D adapter? If you don't have the adapter, you will need to call Customer Service at 800-742-8324 to order one from us.
If your PC does not have "AT" connections:
Try mounting the PC to another port. If the PC works attached to a different port, there is a problem with the first port. You will need to send the unit back to NTI so we can repair the broken port.If the PC still doesn't work, there may be a compatibility problem. Please call 800-742-8324 for technical support.
