Hi, my name is Tammy Kuhn and I have been
with the NTI sales team for about 10 years. I have found in the past and present
great pleasure in working with NTI's extensive network of international distributors,
resellers and end users helping to configure NTI's multitude of products to their

Hello, my name is Kristie Brunswick. I have been with NTI
for 3-1/2 years now. As Customer Service Representative, I am responsible for handling our customers accounts from beginning
to end! A few of my duties include: processing quotes & orders, assisting customers with configurations, trouble reports, etc.
I am constantly learning about our product line and how it can benefit our customers. I enjoy the day-to-day challenge and busy atmosphere.

Hi, my name is Phyllis Knapp, and I have been with NTI for 3-1/2 years.
My primary role here is Customer Service Representative. I am involved with all aspects of helping our customers
and distributors with whatever needs may arise. I enjoy helping people with networking solutions, and the fact that

Hi my name is Nina Corrao and I have been with NTI for about a year. In 1990 I started my computer career taking classes as a Computer Programmer, but quickly learned that it was more satisfying to help the public with their questions and concerns. I have been in the role of Customer Service Representative for 17 years. In that time I have talked to and met many different people and have enjoyed every minute of it. Hello, my name is Tricia Ingram. I have been with NTI for almost a year, and have worked in shipping for over 7 years. As Shipping Coordinator, I meet with the carrier representatives on a regular basis to keep up with new practices and procedures, process the invoices for payment and make sure that the packages get to the correct destination. I enjoy working with the people at NTI, and being in shipping enables me to interact with both the people in the office and the people that work in production, as well as the drivers that pick up our packages. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere with a great crew of people. Hope to be shipping to you soon!

Hello, my name is Jody Tomes, and I am an Office Assistant at NTI. I have been with the company for about a year and feel at home with the wonderful, friendly NTI Staff. My daily responsibilities include directing customers & NTI Distributors on the phone to the proper personnel, processing purchase orders, maintaining the shipping list, daily mailing of catalogs requested by clients, and other challenging tasks. Hello, my name is Brenda Posey. I have been an Office Assistant with NTI since Nov 2007. Some of my daily responsibilities include directing incoming calls to the appropriate NTI personnel, processing orders, updating the shipping list, creating/printing serial numbers and filing orders. The staff at NTI are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I enjoy the fast paced environment and how everyone works together as a team.
