The XTENDEX® 4K 18Gbps HDMI Extender transmits digital Ultra-HD 4Kx2K 60Hz 4:4:4 HDMI video and audio signals up to 197 feet (60 meters) using one CAT6/6a/7 cable. Each video extender consists of a local unit that connects to an HDMI source and also supplies video to a local HDMI monitor; and a remote unit that connects to an HDMI display.

Cables
- Interface cables between the video source/displays and the transmitter/receiver are required for proper operation.
- Supports cable lengths to 20 feet for 4K@60Hz resolutions, lengths to 30 feet for 4K@30Hz resolutions, and lengths to 50 feet for 1080p@60Hz using passive HDMI cables.
- Longer input cables can be used provided they have a built-in video equalizer (also known as "active HDMI cables").
- Use HD-xx-MM cable to connect an HDMI source or display (not included).
