EDID Emulators

Stores and reproduces EDID information for an HDMI display, and resolves video communication problems that occur between an HDMI video source and display. Designed for systems that require EDID signals to be continuously provided without interruption, and ensures that the EDID signal is not lost when using AV/KVM switches, splitters, and extenders. Supports headless and video pass-through operations.

Generates four video patterns for setup, calibration, and testing 4Kx2K 60Hz 4:4:4 HDMI displays/components. Simulates the presence of an attached display to a video source. Supports headless operation.

Emulates a DisplayPort display (sink device) by providing Hot Plug Detect to the DisplayPort source device. When used with a KVM/video switch, eliminates the need to reconfigure monitor settings when switching between computers.

Emulates a DVI display by providing Hot Plug Detect and EDID to the DVI source. The built-in EDID table stores and reproduces resolutions up to 1920x1200 (WUXGA) and 1080p at 60Hz. When used with EDID-REC-VDH EDID Recorder (sold separately), the EDID of a desired DVI display will be copied and stored to the emulator.

Emulates a VGA display by providing EDID to the VGA source. The built-in EDID table stores and reproduces resolutions up to 1920x1200 (WUXGA) and 1080p at 60Hz. When used with EDID-REC-VDH EDID Recorder (sold separately), the EDID of a desired VGA display will be copied and stored to the emulator.
